Privacy

We respect the privacy of our visitors, relations and clients. Personal data is always processed in a manner that is in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

General

We collect personal data when you purchase one of our services. We need this information for billing and to enable the use of services. For this we ask for your company name, name, address, telephone number and email address. We also ask for your payment details in order to be able to invoice you for the services you have purchased. In addition, we also collect data when you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, request a quote or ask a question via the contact form, e-mail or WhatsApp.

What data do we collect?

We collect contact details such as your name, company name, address, telephone number, email address, bank details and IP address. We also collect data about previous orders and the use of our services. We also keep track of when and what we talked to you about. If you send us an email, your name, email address, IP address and the content of the conversation will be saved.

Why do we collect personal data

We process personal data to provide our services, to create an account, to invoice and to answer and follow up on questions, changes and any problems in relation to our services and software. We also store traffic and location data such as your IP address to enable you to use our services safely, prevent fraud and resolve complaints.

Provision of data to third parties

Your data will never be shared with other parties or agencies to the extent that this is not necessary for the performance of our services. We will only disclose your personal information without your consent if this is legally necessary or if there is sufficient evidence that this is necessary to comply with the laws or legal provisions applicable to our company, software, website and rights or assets of our company, website and software, and in urgent cases to protect the personal safety of our associates, website or the public. Releases of personal data will only be released after careful consideration with the interested party.

Sometimes we need to share your personal data with other parties to provide a requested service. In addition, we use systems or services from partners and suppliers where it is possible that this party has access to data of our customers. Some partners and suppliers are located in Germany, Belgium and the United States. These partners and suppliers ensure the right guarantees in the field of privacy protection and security. Where necessary, contractual agreements have been recorded in a processing agreement.

How do we protect your data

We carefully protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access or publication, alteration or destruction. Within our company, data is stored on servers with password protection, two-step verification (2FA) and limited access. Your data is stored and processed in the Netherlands. Backups of personal data are also stored encrypted in certified data centers in the Netherlands, Germany and Ireland.

To the extent that partners and suppliers need to have access to your data, we ensure that this is done securely. The partner or supplier in question only receives the data that is necessary for the provision of services. We explicitly state that this data must be adequately secured. Where necessary, contractual agreements have been recorded in a processing agreement.

Inspection, correction and the right to be forgotten

As an existing relationship you have access to your data. Please contact us for this. If your data in our administration contains inaccuracies, you can have it changed after identification.

You have the right to be forgotten. This means that you can ask us to remove your data from our customer base after identification. In certain situations we may not be able to fulfill your request. For example, we are obliged to keep financial information for 7 years. If we cannot respond to your request, we will inform you of the reason.

CloudFlare DNS and security

To protect our website and underlying systems against online security risks, the DNS of our website is redirected via CloudFlare. CloudFlare does not collect any data that says anything about the identity of visitors to our website.

The traffic data is stored by CloudFlare on servers in the United States. We have not allowed CloudFlare to provide this traffic data to third parties. Traffic data can only be provided by CloudFlare to third parties if CloudFlare is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as third parties process the information on behalf of CloudFlare.

Email newsletter

We periodically send a newsletter by e-mail to keep relations and interested parties informed of the latest developments regarding our services and the software. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent. Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link with which you can unsubscribe immediately.

We use Brevo to send our e-newsletter. The subscriber file is stored by Brevo on servers within the European Union on our own servers as well as on Google Cloud. We have not allowed Brevo to provide the subscriber file to third parties. Brevo can only provide the subscriber database to third parties if Brevo is legally obliged to do so.

Third party websites

On our website you may find hyperlinks to third-party websites. Our privacy policy does not apply to those websites. We are not responsible for the accessibility and content of these websites and the handling of your personal data by these third parties. Therefore, always read the privacy policy of the website you visit.

Updates

The texts of this website and the privacy policy may be changed based on new developments, for example in the context of new legislation and regulations. It is therefore recommended that you consult our privacy policy regularly.
